Why Women

Because women carry the emotional load of the world, and I totally feel that.
We hold space for others, often without being asked.
We tend to the invisible work—soothing, remembering, checking in, planning, anticipating everyone’s needs, caring for elderly parents or relatives.

We manage the mental load—keeping a thousand tabs open in our minds at once: what’s missing in the fridge, when the next doctor’s appointment is, who needs a birthday gift, how everyone’s feeling.

We’re the ones making sure everyone else is okay.
It’s a lot. And most of the time, it goes unseen, unspoken, and unpaid.

That’s why I do what I do.
Because I believe we need spaces where we get to be the ones held. Where you can let go, soften, and be cared for—without having to explain or prove anything. Through massage, coaching, and honest connection, I create moments of rest, truth, and pleasure—just for you. Not because you earned it. But because you exist.

In Her We Trust

Because growing up I was taught not to and I don’t want to believe that shit anymore.

Not to trust my instincts.
Not to trust my desires.
Not to trust my pain.
Not to trust my talents.
Not to trust my pleasure.

That just being me wasn’t enough.
That I needed a man to lean on.
That having kids was going to give my life meaning.

Guess what?
I have a partner (almost ten years together!) and just over two years ago I had a son—and my mess is still my mess.
Although I’m incredibly grateful for them, they don’t complete or fix anything.

In Her We Trust is my loving rebellion.
It’s the place I come home to myself.
A space that says: I trust you. I trust her.
The woman I’ve always been.
The woman I’m still becoming.

Here, I trust the whispers of my body, the wildness of my heart, the messiness of healing.
I trust my timing. My truth. My no. My yes.

And this is exactly what I want to offer you too—
a space to trust yourself and take care, in all your beautiful, complicated, real layers.

Audre Lorde

“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare”.
