What to Expect
Wellbeing Sessions are one-to-one conversations designed to help you pause, gain clarity and gently move forward — even if you’re not sure where to begin.
These sessions are for women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or at a crossroads, and want support without labels, pressure, or expectations.
This is a space to land.
You don’t need a plan. You don’t need to have the right words.
We start from where you are.

We can explore anything that feels present for you, such as:
Decision making
Life changes or transitions
Emotional overload or mental fatigue
Loss of direction or motivation
Reconnecting with yourself
Improving overall emotional wellbeing
The sessions are conversational and intuitive, guided by thoughtful questions, reflection and a grounded, body-aware approach. They’re not about fixing yourself, but about making sense of what you’re carrying.

This is not therapy, and it’s not traditional coaching.
There is no performance, no pressure to change, and no long-term commitment.
Sometimes one conversation is enough to shift how everything feels.

Sessions are offered as single sessions or in small bundles, depending on what you need.
They can stand alone or complement bodywork sessions, supporting both emotional and physical wellbeing.
