The Power of Conscious Touch.
This is a Safe Space for Women & Mums to heal and feel good.
Welcome!
Conscious touch is a gentle invitation to heal – physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether you arrive tired, overwhelmed, or in need of deep rest, you will be met with care, presence, and respect.
Tailored to you.
Every session is unique, guided by what you need in the moment. Whether you are a mother longing for rest or a woman seeking to lift your mood and reconnect with joy and with yourself, this is your space to breathe, release, and feel good in your own skin again.
“This is not about fixing muscles. It is about caring for the tears you never cried, the weight of your story carried on your shoulders and the lingering ache in your chest. It is about creating a space where all of that can finally be acknowledged and let go and where you can drop your guard and just be.”
What is Conscious Touch Massage like?
It is a holistic and deeply nurturing form of bodywork that goes beyond the physical. Rooted in mindfulness and presence, it combines long, flowing strokes with gentle stretches, passive joint movements, and a quality of touch that is both grounding and soothing.
What makes it unique is the emphasis on connection – not only with your body, but with your emotions and inner experience. I work with slow, conscious touch, inviting you to drop into a state of deep relaxation where the nervous system can reset and the body can naturally release tension.
Rather than “fixing” or “correcting,” it creates space for integration – allowing body, mind, and spirit to come back into harmony. Clients often describe it as meditative, fluid, and profoundly restorative.
I open the doors of my home in London Fields to welcome you into a moment that is yours only. Quiet, intimate, free from the noise of the world. From the instant you arrive, my intention is for you to feel held, comfortable, and safe.
You’ll find soft music, calming scents in the air, a warm and cosy massage table with a heated blanket, and a gentle atmosphere that allows you to let go. Every detail is there to support your relaxation and your reconnection with yourself.
This is not just a physical fix — it’s a pause, a reconnection, a sensorial journey back to you.
You are welcome here.
COME AS YOU ARE
You don’t need to change anything about yourself to be here. You are welcome exactly as you are – tired, restless, sad, joyful, heavy, light, overwhelmed, or at peace. There is no “right” way to arrive.
Here you will be held. You can drop the expectations, the roles you play, the constant doing – and simply be.
Whether you come carrying tension in your body, emotions that feel too much, or just the longing to be cared for without needing to give anything back, this is your time.
You can show up messy, quiet, emotional, radiant, or tired. However you arrive, you are received with care and respect.
This is an invitation to pause, soften, and let yourself be. Nothing to fix. Nothing to prove. Just you – being enough.

Hey, I’m Ceci.
Woman, immigrant, ever-changing, idealistic, and a highly sensitive person.
I move through life as a mom, friend, partner, entrepreneur, life coach, body therapist… and so much more.
I was born in Argentina and have been living in London with my husband for over six years, travelling back and forth to Buenos Aires. Two years ago, our son was born, and with him, everything became more complex, more intense, more challenging… and also more full of love. He came to confirm what I already knew deep inside: motherhood is deeply romanticised. It’s the hardest and ambivalent experience I’ve ever faced.
I’m always on a personal journey to grow, live more lightly and freely, and accept myself and life as it is, with as little resistance as possible – understanding that being happy doesn’t mean feeling happy all the time.
I love beauty in all its forms: the sensory, the pleasurable, music, art, movement, dancing, singing, reading – anything that connects to feeling and expression. I try to bring a bit of that beauty into my work, creating meaningful, sensorial experiences that nourish, feel good, and do good.
It pains me how little space we give ourselves to simply be. As women and mothers, we often prioritise everyone else, forget our bodies, our own needs and feelings, and push through life carrying tension, overwhelm, low mood and expectations.
I want to create a space where all that stops.
I’d be honoured to help you.
Osho
