It is a therapeutic and deeply nurturing form of bodywork that goes beyond the physical. It is characterised by a soft, unhurried rhythm that nourishes and relaxes you (and feels amazing!), long, fluid strokes that feel like waves, quiet hands that hold without asking, delicate stretches that allow space into your body, and a quality of touch that is both grounding and soothing. A non-sexual touch that makes you feel cared for, and that is deeply pleasurable.
What makes it unique is the emphasis on connection – not only with your body, but with your emotions and inner experience. I work with slow, conscious touch™, inviting you to drop into a state of deep relaxation where the nervous system can reset and the body can naturally release tension.
Rather than “fixing” or “correcting,” it creates space for integration – allowing body, mind, and spirit to come back into harmony. Clients often describe it as meditative, fluid, and profoundly restorative.
In each session, I welcome you into a moment that is yours only. Quiet, intimate, free from the noise of the world. From the instant you arrive, my intention is for you to feel comfortable and safe.
You’ll find soft music, calming scents in the air, essential oils, a warm and cosy massage table with a heated blanket, and a gentle atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy. Every detail is there to support you and your reconnection with yourself.
This is not just a physical fix — it is a sensorial journey back to you.
Human touch is one of our most ancient medicines. Long before words, we knew how to soothe, comfort, and connect through presence and hands. A simple touch tells the nervous system: you are safe, you are not alone.
In moments of anxiety, sadness, or exhaustion, touch can soften the edges of our pain. It slows the breath, calms the mind, and invites the body back into balance.
But touch is not only healing when we are unwell. It also nourishes joy, deepens connection, and reminds us of the simple pleasure of being alive in a body.
Conscious, caring contact has the power to restore what stress, speed, and loneliness often take away: a sense of belonging, of calm, and of wholeness.

What is a session like?
Imagine a big, warm hug in the shape of a massage.
Each session is tailored to you, so no two sessions are the same—because you are different every day.
Before the Session:
You’ll be welcomed into a warm, softly lit space with gentle music. We’ll begin with a brief conversation, which serves two important purposes: first, to help you feel comfortable and relaxed with me, and second, to allow you to land in your body and, if you wish, share a few words about how you are feeling that day so I can tune in to your needs. You can, for example, mention any physical or emotional discomfort or goals you may have for the session.
You’ll have the option to choose essential oils and let me know what music you’d like to listen to. If you’d rather not decide, don’t worry—I’ll take care of everything. A heated blanket is available to keep you cozy throughout the session.
I’ll leave the room so you can undress to the level that feels comfortable for you. When you’re ready, you can lie down on the massage table, cozy and covered with soft sheets, towels, and blankets.
During the Session:
The session may begin with still holding hands or slow, intentional touch to help you relax and awaken body awareness. It is like asking for permission and starting gradually. Then, my movements will flow continuously across your body—back, arms, legs, and neck—like a gentle wave, or may stay in an area that is asking for more attention. The pressure is always adjusted to your comfort, although it will never be intense or forced, so as not to put your nervous system on high alert.
I may also invite subtle joint movements and gentle rocking to help release stored tension.
I encourage you to notice physical sensations and emotions without judgment, supporting full mind-body integration.
It’s best to keep conversation to a minimum so you can fully relax, but please feel free to communicate anything that would make the session more comfortable or enjoyable—if you’re too hot, too cold, uncomfortable with the music, or need any adjustment, I’m here to make it better.
You may experience emotions, memories, or physical sensations—this is a natural and welcome part of the process. You can share them with me in the moment if you feel like it, or at the end of the session. It is also perfectly okay to keep them to yourself if that’s what feels right.
Ending the Session:
The session finishes with soft, gentle strokes and still hands to guide you into deep relaxation and closure. You’ll have a few quiet moments to absorb the effects before getting up.
I’ll leave the room again so you can get dressed in privacy.
After the Session:
Many clients notice deep relaxation, lightness in the body, emotional clarity, insights and heightened body awareness. I recommend taking a little time afterward to rest and integrate the experience before returning to your day.

I was born in Argentina and have been living in London with my now husband for over six years, travelling back and forth to Buenos Aires. Two years ago, our son was born, and with him, everything became more complex, more intense, more challenging… and also more full of love. He came to confirm what I already knew deep inside: motherhood is deeply romanticised. It’s the hardest and ambivalent experience I’ve ever faced.
I’m always on a personal journey to grow, to live more lightly and freely, and to accept myself and life as it is, with as little resistance as possible – understanding that being happy doesn’t mean feeling happy all the time.
I love beauty in all its forms: the sensory, the pleasurable, music, art, movement, dancing, singing, reading – anything that connects to feeling and expression. I try to bring a bit of that beauty into my work, creating meaningful, sensorial experiences that nourish, feel good, and do good.
