Holistic Massage
Whether you're holding stress in your shoulders, sadness in your chest, or just craving some damn peace and quiet, this work meets you where you are.
The Power of Conscious Touch.
For me, massage should feel good — always.
It needs to feel comfortable and pleasurable.
(Hey, deep and effective doesn’t mean painful and awful).
I want you to feel held & safe, — with me, with the space, with the touch — so you can finally drop your guard and let go.
That’s where healing can begin to happen.
A unique experience that goes way beyond a conventional massage. More than just physical relief, it's an encounter with pleasure, rest, and deep connection to yourself. Rooted in the belief that human touch heals, it helps restore your balance and sense of well-being.
It’s about the tears that never got to fall, the tension of keeping it all together, the parts of you that feel forgotten.
An Experience.
From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, I want you to feel truly welcome.
Welcomed by me— the way I greet you with a smile, with an open heart, looking you in the eyes.
Welcome by the space — its scents, the music, the calm.
Also, by the way you're invited to be yourself, just as you are, with whatever you’re bringing that day.

What I do is my own mix — It carries the essence of Esalen massage, yes — but also other techniques, a deep sensitivity, intuition, and everything I’ve gathered over ten years of holding space for women, listening to their truths, and letting the body speak.
This isn’t just something I trained in — it’s something I lived.Esalen massage was born by the ocean, up on the cliffs in California. It invites you to slow down, release, and come back home to yourself. It deeply relaxes your nervous system.
It’s not about fixing. It’s not about performing.
It’s about being touched with presence, with care. A deep kind of care that doesn’t push or invade, but holds — gently, lovingly — so your body can let go and reset itself. It’s long, flowing strokes that don’t just work the surface — they reach somewhere deeper.
Because your body holds so much. Stories, emotions, joy, grief, resistance, memory.
And this touch says: you’re safe here. You can soften now. It’s about everything you’ve been carrying sometimes without even realising it.
A chance to drop it for a while. To breathe. To land back in your body.
To remember you’re alive. To feel pleasure. To feel held.
To remember that your body is your home. Your map. Your truth. If you’re feeling burnt out, on edge, disconnected — or just craving something that truly touches you— this massage is like a deep exhale for your soul.
Women often leave feeling lighter. More present. More at peace. With a better outlook on their lives — and the world around them. -
Each session is different, because you’re different every time. We check in, I listen, and the massage adapts to you—not the other way around.
You get to choose the music and the scents, so the space feels just right for you. And if you don’t feel like choosing anything, no worries—I’ll take care of it all.Throughout the entire session, you’re always welcome to let me know if you need anything—more pressure, less, a blanket, silence... whatever helps you feel more comfortable and at ease. This space is yours.
When you arrive, we start with a little chat where you can tell me how you’re feeling, if there’s anything you need, anything I should know—physical tension, emotional stuff, whatever’s alive in you that day.
Nothing is forced. Everything adapts to you. Then I leave the room so you can you get on the table. You’ll be covered with sheets and towels, and I will only uncover the areas I’m working on (yes, there’s warm oil, soft music, scents, heated table when it is cold).
You choose how firm or soft your massage is. The strokes are long, slow, and flowing. Sometimes it almost feels like a dance.
There are no abrupt moves, no robotic “massage technique”—your body is treated as a whole, not chopped into parts. The rhythm is gentle but deep. You might fall asleep, you might feel like crying, laughing, maybe some images come up—or you might just drop into a state of total calm. Some pieces may fall into place.
Everything is welcome. No expectations, no judgment. At the end, you’ll have a few quiet minutes to just be, letting everything settle. Then we chat if you feel like it—or you float out into your day with a whole new energy.

It gives you more than just deep relaxation—it actually boosts creativity and mental clarity, opening space for fresh ideas and better focus. It helps you connect with yourself in a kinder way, fostering self-acceptance and self-love by tuning into your body with gentleness. Plus, it supports healing, helping your body and emotions integrate changes for lasting well-being.
It melts away physical and mental tension. It also encourages emotional release, letting go of stuck feelings so you can find balance. By improving blood and lymph flow, it supports better oxygenation and detoxification, while loosening tight muscles and easing stiffness to boost flexibility.
It brings deep calm and relief from stress and anxiety, often leaving women feeling refreshed, recharged, and full of energy. Many also notice better sleep afterward, thanks to the way it helps your body and mind fully relax. Essentially, it turns on your body’s natural “chill mode,” activating the rest-and-repair system your nervous system needs.

Before you come:
Eat light, try to avoid heavy meals right before. A comfortable body is one that lets go easier.
Arrive without rushing. If possible, no running, no checking a million things last minute. Coming in already a bit in “pause mode” makes a huge difference.
Wear comfy clothes. You’ll be in your underwear (or naked if you prefer and feel comfortable), covered with sheets. The less you have to think about clothes, the better.
Drop expectations. You don’t have to “do” anything. Just be, breathe, and let yourself receive. After your session:
Drink plenty of water. The massage moves not just muscles but emotions and energy too. Water helps all that flow and settle.
Avoid rushing into a million things afterward. If you can, let the session be part of a softer, gentler day.
Listen to yourself. You might feel full of energy or really low. You might want to talk or not see anyone. All of that’s part of it. Honor it.
Don’t rush to “figure out” what happened. Sometimes the body processes at its own pace. Trust it.
The effects of the massage continue long after our time together. Be gentle with yourself and give it 24 to 48 hours to fully receive and integrate the benefits.
