A targeted massage for specific areas, helping localised tension and pain release gradually, without force or fixing.

All sessions include relaxing music, a heated massage bed and aromatherapy, with pressure always adapted to your needs.

About The Experience
  • Conscious Touch massage is a gentle yet deep form of bodywork that supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. It combines mindful, intentional touch with a trauma-informed approach, creating a safe space where the body can soften, settle, and release held tension.

    Rather than working forcefully, this massage listens to the body — allowing rest, ease, and a sense of being deeply cared for.

  • It is characterised by a soft, unhurried rhythm that nourishes and relaxes you (and feels amazing!), long, fluid strokes that feel like waves, quiet hands that hold without asking, delicate stretches that allow space into your body, and a quality of touch that is both grounding and soothing.

    While always gentle and comfortable, the massage can go deeper when your body asks for it, releasing tension and pain, yet still feeling safe and pleasurable. A non-sexual touch that makes you feel cared for and deeply nourished.

  • When you arrive, we take a few minutes to land and check in with what you need on the day.

    You are invited to choose the music and the scents.
    I can also take care of this for you if you prefer not to think about it at all.

    You’ll lie down on a heated, generously cushioned massage bed.
    Throughout the session, you remain comfortably covered with warm sheets and towels. I uncover only the area I’m working on, so you feel safe and cared for at all times.

    The atmosphere is calm and spacious, without chit chat. You are always welcome to share any needs or emotions during the massage.

    At the end, I suggest you take a few quiet minutes on the table to integrate the effects and return gently to the outside world.

    A simple pause can change a lot.
